When asked what kind of exercise their dog gets, most owners will focus on walks, trips to the dog park or playing with a ball but we must remember that mental stimulation is just as important as physical stimulation.

Puppies, adults, seniors, dog's who are reactive to other dogs so may get limited exercise outside of the home, dogs who have a physical impairment that may prevent them from being exercised, dogs who seem to be always on the go and never get tired may benefit from a Nosework activity rather than being taken for another walk or having another game with the ball.

We have graded our activities to enable you to select the appropriate level for your dog. If your dog has never had to problem solve before, start off with Level 1, if you start too hard, your dog may just give up - remember we are trying to set our dogs up for success.
